德国EK1决议646-16于2017年1月25日发布。涉及产品为台式食物搅拌机。决议等级为B级，GS认证从发布日起必须满足决议要求。不满足此决议要求的GS证书将在3个月内取消。

决议对标准EN 60335-2-14 20.2作出修订，删除了食物搅拌机带125mm挡板专用测试手指相关规定。对于非特定小开口的产品，带50mm圆盘的常规实验指不应触及运动部件。

For blenders, detachable parts, except lids, are not removed. The test is carried out with a test probe similar to that of the test probe B of IEC 61032 but having a circular stop face with a diameter of 125mm instead of the non-circular face, the distance between the tip of the test finger and the stop face being 100mm.
